Deposits are typically credited to your account within 5 minutes of confirmation. If your deposit is not reflected in your account balance within 30 minutes, contact customer support immediately. rw4d is not responsible for delays caused by your bank or payment provider.
Withdrawal requests can only be made to a bank account or e-wallet registered in your own name. You may not withdraw funds to a third-party account under any circumstances. All withdrawal requests are subject to identity verification (KYC) and security checks.
Withdrawal requests submitted before 22:00 WIB (Western Indonesia Time, UTC+7) on any business day will be processed the same day. Requests submitted after 22:00 WIB will be processed on the following business day. Bank holidays and weekends may result in delays beyond rw4d's control.
Minimum withdrawal amount: Rp 50.000. Maximum withdrawal per transaction varies by VIP tier. Standard members may withdraw up to Rp 50.000.000 per transaction. VIP members enjoy higher limits as specified in the VIP program terms.
rw4d maintains strict anti-money laundering (AML) controls. You must wager any deposited funds at least once before a withdrawal request will be approved. Deposits made solely for the purpose of transferring funds without genuine gaming activity will be declined, and your account may be closed.
All bonuses offered by rw4d are subject to specific terms and conditions, including wagering requirements, maximum bet limits, game restrictions, and expiry dates. By claiming any bonus, you confirm that you have read and accept the individual bonus terms displayed at the time of the offer.
Unless otherwise stated, all bonus funds are subject to a wagering requirement before any winnings can be withdrawn. Promotional offers are limited to one per person, household, IP address, device, and payment method. Attempts to claim multiple bonuses through different accounts will result in all accounts being closed and all funds forfeited.
All bets are subject to acceptance by rw4d. We reserve the right to refuse or limit any bet at our discretion, particularly if we suspect the bet is part of a fraudulent scheme or betting syndicate activity.
All betting markets are settled based on official results as declared by the relevant governing body (e.g., FIFA for football, FIBA for basketball). If an official result is not available, rw4d will use reputable third-party data providers to determine the outcome.
If an event is abandoned, postponed, or canceled, all bets on that event will be voided and stakes returned, unless the event is rescheduled and completed within 48 hours of the original start time.
Live in-play odds are updated in real time based on match developments. Due to transmission delays, there may be brief periods where odds are temporarily suspended. rw4d is not liable for any losses arising from delays in odds updates or temporary market suspension.

You may close your account at any time by contacting customer support. Upon account closure, any remaining balance will be returned to you via your registered withdrawal method, subject to identity verification. rw4d reserves the right to close any account that violates these terms, engages in fraudulent activity, or remains inactive for more than 12 months.
